On July 26, 2019, a stone scallop shell was inaugurated on the Old Nahe Bridge of Bad Kreuznach as a “waymark” and an associated information board.
In the present day, the European idea and its communication of values enjoy a high priority more than ever. The European model project “Starry Path/
Chemin des etoiles” supports the vision of a sustainable and peaceful Europe via the “Brücke” of cultural work and spiritual cultural tourism. This cross-border cultural work equally supports the feeling of togetherness of a large region in the heart of Europe. Locals and guests are invited to discover special medieval cultural monuments in Bad Kreuznach and Bad Münster am Stein on the “Starry Path” and to trace the message of peace. Step by step, all recorded medieval cultural monuments in the city of Bad Kreuznach and Bad Münster am Stein are to be decorated with a stone scallop shell and receive a small information panel
